When you don’t want a job post to be visible on your career page/to the public, you can create a private job. Private job posts can only be viewed by people/colleagues who receive a unique, private link from you.

Creating a private job post

  1. When you've created a new job post, click the green button Publish in the top right corner. You can switch the toggle to publish the job privately:

  2. You can find the private link by clicking the Share button in the top right corner, and then clicking Copy link, as shown below:

  3. The private share link will look something like this: company.homerun.co/content-manager?token06193970acf77d6832684f6ac. This is the only link people can use to access the job post and apply.

Note: A private job post won’t be visible on your career page

Changing a job post from public to private

Already published a job as Public, but want to make it Private? Follow these steps:

  1. From anywhere in the tool, click Jobs in the sidebar. Click on the job you would like to adjust the visibility for

  2. Click on the Job settings (gear icon) in the top right corner

  3. Under General, you'll see the Visibility is set to Public. Click Private to switch the job to a private job

  4. Click Save changes

The job post is now private and will be labeled as such.

Note: You can still manage applications, edit the job post or share your unique, private link. Because it's still an active job post, this job takes up one job slot.
